Mehmet Ayberk Koşak was born in 2001 in İzmir, Türkiye. He began gymnastics at the age of six, following there commendation of family friends. Recognized early for his talent, he quickly progressed to a professional level. At the Turkish Championships, he has won a total of five gold, seven silver, and six bronze medals. In 2021, he joined Göztepe Sports Club as an athlete. Representing the Turkish National Team at the 2022 and 2023 European Championships, he earned both silver and bronze medals. Specializing in the rings, Mehmet Ayberk Koşak achieved two silver medals at the 2023 World Challenge Cups in Varna and Mersin.
In 2025, he won back-to-back bronze medals on rings at the World Cups in Cottbus and Antalya, and later earned a silver medal on rings at the World Challenge Cup in Tashkent. He capped off his achievements with a gold medal on rings at the World ChallengeCup final in Szombathely, Hungary.
