OKAN CAN YANTIR
AGENCY PRESIDENT

Growing up in a house where the family members love to watch and talk about sports all the time, his childhood heroes were used to be tennis and ice hockey players. That was also the reason for his passion about cycling.

Okan Can Yantır, graduated from Political Science and Public Administration Department of Galatasaray University, also studied Political Communication Strategies at Paul Valery University. His involvement with journalism evolved into a professional career of 18 years. He started as a reporter, and soon became the editor in chief of most prestigious men magazines namely Esquire, GQ and Lofficiel. He lectured communication, media and sports marketing in various universities.

At the age of 25, he had attended an event to interview David Beckham, Zinedine Zidane and Kaka. He had a dream on that day. In 2016, his dream grew into the vision of his company; creating globally acknowledged Turkish sports heroes.

PINAR BEKBÖLET
AGENCY VICE PRESIDENT

Possible has a mission to empower athletes to inspire the next generation. Pınar Bekbölet is the one who makes distinctive and lasting improvements in the brand equity of our athletes. Since 2017, she has been consulting them on personal and professional development in order to establish ever-lasting legacy.

Pınar holds bachelors degree in Management from Bilkent University and master’s degree in Marketing from University of Leeds. She has developed a solid career in brand management with a proven track record in leading multinational companies. Upon her marketing foundation, she extend her business acumen in sports media; presenting prime time shows on football and writing articles. She has published two football books for children.

She is the first Turkish woman to receive postgraduate degree in Football Business from Johan Cruyff Academy in 2018.

CAN ÜNSAL
BRAND MANAGER

Can is responsible for the brand management activities of our athletes. He is responsible for all activities pertaining to increase brand awareness, develop a brand image, and establish brand equity for our athletes. He plays a key role in executing branding campaigns, communication activities, and partnership deals.

Can is graduated from Şişli Terakki High School. He is a fresh graduate at Bilgi University with a major in Media and a minor in Sports Management. He holds a certificate from Barcelona Innovation Hub in Sports Marketing and Sponsorship. He is the media adviser of BIFED (Bozcaada International Festival of Ecological Documentary) and media literacy lecturer at Evrim College.

IŞIK DOĞA AKDEMİR
PROJECT ASSOCIATE

Işık is mastering in project management and puts all her efforts in making our innovative projects to happen.Her priority is to make sure that all our projects make a difference, serve a greater purpose and be sustainable.

Işık is a double major student at Istanbul Bilgi University in Public Relations and Sports Management. She is on the board of directors of Sports Business Club, which is among the most successful university clubs in our country. She is personally interested in empowering women through sports and completed Women Empowerment in Sports program of Erasmus. She has been playing tennis since the age of 7, currently competing on the university team and coaching children.
